Rick Winters

  Rick brings nearly 30 years of combined experience in Hostage Rescue, Counter Terrorism, and SWAT Operations. A decorated combat veteran of the US Navy, Rick served 14 years as a SEAL operator, instructor, and training supervisor. Rick made numerous deployments overseas working alongside other Tier-1 assets as well as training foreign Special Operations Forces around the world. 

As a police officer, Rick served with the West Sacramento/Davis SWAT team for 15 years before retiring in 2018. Rick served as the senior Breacher, primary training instructor and, Tactical Advisor. He has provided tactical instruction in SWAT Operations to dozens of Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the State of California and is a recognized expert in tactical breaching. Rick holds POST certifications as a SWAT Instructor, Shotgun Breacher,  Diversionary Device Instructor, and LE Sniper.  CATO certified; Tactical Firearms Instructor
